Hobby lobby precuts fabric palette is the same brand you get at walmart here in canada, not sure about in the us though I've also seen quilt shops selling fq's by the same company but would not pay more than walmart is charging I'm using the paloma line for my farmer's wife/granddaughter quilt, and the fabric is actually nice.
