In trying to move away from all things ms, i recently installed linux mint and wanted to try out kodi on this Ps hope this is a legitimate question and in the correct forum. In particular i wanted to see how iptv works

I'm running linux mint 22 and although kodi will install there is no section in the addon folder for pvr clients Check the log file for details can you advise on what this means or even where i can view the log file and how i might correct it I've tried a few things to install simple iptv pvr through software centre and through the command line but it never shows up.
