I am a single female, i shower once a day, laundry, and dishwasher, plus brushing my teeth twice a day Around february i got a bill from conservice, this shitty utility company my building uses for utilities, saying that i had not paid my pepco bill, and in addition to charging me for the pepco bill, they also charged a huge. We have vacant charges we pay obviously in vacant units, but if the resident doesn’t transfer the electric in their name, conservice will charge us the vacant charges and we will then transfer those charges into the residents name. Can we opt out of it
