A long chat support on the fafsa website was fruitless, just different iterations of flush cache /restart browser/ use a different machine/reset password My sai hasn't been able to be calculated in 5 months I just talked to them on the phone and they sent me an email for account recovery support and said it would take a couple days
From there they had send me an email to fsaidverify@ed.gov with the following information
Id/passport (picture) i would give them a call It took me over an hour for them to reply My stepmom can't create a fafsa account because the verification code won't send to her email We have tried multiple times to create an account and waited over an hour for a code to send, as well as requested the code to be resent, but nothing has changed

Parent contributor for my daughter, when i clicked the yellow button for signature, it gave a place to put first and last name, birthday, ss# and email Every single time it would not work and it kept saying to log out and try later. Trying to create a fafsa account and after entering my contact info and hitting “continue,” the screen doesn’t advance I just get taken back to the top of the screen i just completed.
