I'm a pretty frequent alaska flyer and know their routine well Aside from weather and other occasional problems, the phone system is pretty reliable and you can talk to a friendly agent on the phone to help you out or, in That email (aadvantage.customer.svc@aa.com) is definitely the address that aadvantage customer service will email you from, however ymmv on whether they will respond to an unsolicited request without first contacting them either via phone or the contact aa section at aa.com Does aa have a customer service counter at dfw (after security), the way ua does at ord etc
