In trying to move away from all things ms, i recently installed linux mint and wanted to try out kodi on this Update the current version through. In particular i wanted to see how iptv works

I'm running linux mint 22 and although kodi will install there is no section in the addon folder for pvr clients There are two ways to update I've tried a few things to install simple iptv pvr through software centre and through the command line but it never shows up.
Vlc does work with the youtube add on, that's why there is a 'support external player' option in it's settings
I have been using vlc with it recently, as it started working when set as kodi's default player. I have the same problem as jonboy1976, but i am already on 7.1.0.1 (for leia though, installed manually), which is the current stable provided by github Shall i try the beta too If you want a log from a python3 version of kodi, i can do it on sunday morning (or saturday afternoon at best)
My other kodi installation, which uses python3, is still on 7.0.x that the main repo has. Dear team kodi,firstly kodi player is great ,take my breath away.when select audio passthrough in windows 11,computer volume controller won't work,i have receiver which has no volume controller,therefore playing movie with dolby or dts will always get the maximum volume,would you power up to make audio passthrough 's audio volumn [dts,dolby] controllable,like truehd,also,make music [flac,wave. Hopefully someone can help me, i have no idea what's causing it but i'm having random and frustrating crashes in kodi while using this version of the skin Now on 1.4.4 (log is from 1.3.9) but has happened on all versions i've used

I was using kodi with pleasure with previous webos versions but today i just updated my television ( 65g26la) to new version ( 23.20.56) and noticed that kodi is not working anymore I deleted it and installed again from homebrew store but results didn't change I wanted inform you and also. Check the log for more information about this message

Hello i am on osmc 2020.11 kodi 18.9 on a rpi3 and i would like to update However, i feel my installation is somehow deficient A lot of plugins don't work properly No tv related media services (mediatheken) works
No update notification pops up
The tv recognises kodi only after restarting kodi.
