Worked for me and now no more crashes I understand why you were crashing three years ago, updating actually would make you crash more before they came up with this new bios, If someone finds this and need a solution I've had same issue, tried on a different pc with fresh install of acc from microsoft store, fails to update firmware on headset and manual install doesn't work either, it tells me to connect to dock but it's sitting in it with light's flashing

I did manage to update base software though, will try uninstall/install and try once more.

Today i went to check the battery level by pushing the battery indicator button and then all 4 lights started flashing continuously (picture and video) The battery doesn't work in the impact driver anymore and i can't get the lights to stop flashing I've tried plugging it into the charger to see if that resets it but no luck I don't take that personally, though, since the circumstances are usually extreme.
