When i want to import from edward jones, i must first log into my account either on my computer or on my ipad When i try to import so all of the information automatically goes where it should tt asks for a 24 character tracking number. After i do that, when turbotax prompts me, i enter ed ward jones from the drop down box and my consolidated statement downloads into my desktop software

Turbotax says my login information to edward jones is invalid, yet i can login in myself manually and it works just fine. Note that it seems like it might take a day or two for this password change and/or the two factor authentication change to cascade through the system.
