I already insert many images of type (.pdf,.eps,.png,.jpeg.) and always the figure is inserted correctly It has worked before, but i don't know what i clicked or did so that it turned out this way, that i can't insert pictures anymore and latex doesn't display the graphics anymore Now, without apparent reasons, i can't insert more images.

This error is normal if you use latex for conversion, so i'm almost sure you're not using pdftex for conversion, as you should if you want to insert figures other than eps. My goal is just to display the inserted graphic To resolve this issue, you can change the pdf viewer from overleaf to browser using instructions found here
If the images are still not appearing, there is likely something wrong in your latex
Make sure that you have uploaded the file and specified the file location correctly. Below i provide the full error log (however i can't work out how to have it displayed in latex format). The solution is to repair the.jpg file, and the easiest is by converting the.jpg file to other format, be it.jpeg,.png,.pdf, or other formats supported by latex/ xetex drivers. Adding .jpg to the command does not change a thing.
Look the error message is not i didn't found the image The error says reading jpeg image failed (no jpeg header found) And this means that the image is broken Figure file path was used in \includegraphics command
In editorial manager (em), all figures are uploaded to the working directory so figure file paths are not needed
Remove the file path from \includegraphics command and upload the revised file and rebuild the pdf.
