Iquitos and the amazon generally is a completely different experience that needs its own travel time, and you only have 14 days I recommend ica and paracas because it is not too far from lima, only 3 hours drive, so you can hop in and out for a few days no problem The panamericana motorway to paracas is brand new, all the way to chincha. As for the day trip tour to paracas, ica, and huacachina, i highly recommend it
