Open sims 4 studio > content management > batch fixes > cas > disallow cc for default garment and point it to the folder where you have this shirt, accept and let it do it's thing
When it's done you can just close the program and it should be fixed now. I tried to google a mod that would just default cas to underwear, with all the boxes unchecked so they just wear nothing But i suck at googling as it seems because all the mods i found are whickedwhims nude mods and so on 1.6m subscribers in the tiktokthots community
