Direct connect has not downloaded pnc transactions for the last week. I recently switched my pnc accounts from web connect to direct connect After a recent quicken update, i lost connections to pnc

When i try to add an online service, i am asked to authorize quicken, and i'm sent to what usually is the bank login page.

I've been doing online updates to pnc bank without any issues up until about a month ago. I am unable to connect 3 out of 4 accounts with pnc direct, even though i have the pin sent to me from pnc. Trying to reconnect to pnc bank for one step update, the pnc screen that you go to to verify your accounts has just said service unavailble for weeks and weeks now. I have reached out to both quicken and pnc The quicken support team mentioned that this is a pnc bank issue I spent more than one hour with the pnc support people I still cannot connect and update pnc accounts in quiken and have also lost a direct connection to pnc
