Units that are actually versitile are out lower of the list I am assuming because there epics there is a very big trend in this list of higher rarity units being higher then they should

Truei know this tierlist is weird but i feel like it will help give a better understanding of the role the treasure is in rather thank thinking use or don't use e.g If i put librarian's enchanted robe (atk spd) in meta, people would think it can with anyone so that's why i put it as a good situational treasure
